Let's Get Started!
First thing we do is estimate the project—we have a quote form you can fill out and submit, or you can give us a call and we can take down the information and get back to you.
Step 1: Ballpark
We need to know how many product groups and products you have and the resources you support them with—brochures, catalogs, videos, animations, Flash, PowerPoints, photos, data sheets—what you use to sell.
With this, we can give you a ballpark estimate, which is usually within 10% of the final cost. If the ballpark is acceptable, we take it to the next level.
Step 2: Quote
Using Excel, we work with you to organize this information into a navigational map, showing how your resources will be organized and linked. When the navigational map is completed and approved, we present the final quote.
Step 3: Look and Feel
When the quote is accepted, we develop three graphic interfaces compatible with your company’s standards. You choose the “look and feel” you want your presentation to have.
When you choose the look and feel, we go to work. We build the presentation elements, and provide you with PDF proofs.
Step 4: Interactive Proof
When the PDFs are approved, we make them interactive, linking to your resources, and embedding the video, flash and any executable files you want to incorporate. When we deliver the presentation, either on CD, DVD or memory stick, you’ll see exactly how it works. At this point you make your final changes. The quote includes one round of “tweaking” changes at this level.
Step 5: Finished Presentation
When the final changes are made, we give you a finished presentation, either on CD, DVD or memory stick.
Updates
We realize no presentation is ever finished, so we can provide training on updating (Acrobat professional), or handle any updates needed. Since we are using PDFs, it is almost as easy as adding pages to a ring binder—and linking them in.
